2. What We Collect

We collect the following information when you use Growth Accelerator:

• Email address and password — used for account authentication (passwords are securely hashed by our auth provider and never stored in plaintext)
• Assessment responses — your answers to 12 growth-pattern questions, including umbrella choice, tone preference, and intensity ratings
• Computed growth profile — your archetype, pillar scores, growth leak, subtrack, severity tier, life phase, confidence score, and pattern fingerprint
• 120-day roadmap — a personalized growth plan generated from your profile
• Weekly check-in responses — pillar self-ratings and written reflections
• Feedback — optional sentiment and messages you submit about the tool
• Theme preference — light or dark mode, stored only in your browser's localStorage (not on our servers)

3. Sensitive Data Notice

Growth Accelerator collects data about personal growth patterns, emotional health, relationship dynamics, and psychological tendencies. Under GDPR, this may be considered "special category" data related to health and mental health.

We process this data based on your explicit consent, which is collected before you begin the assessment. You can withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account.

Growth Accelerator does not provide therapy, medical diagnosis, or clinical advice. It is a self-guided personal growth and educational tool. Results are not guaranteed. 4. How We Use Your Data

• Generate your personalized growth profile and 120-day roadmap
• Track your weekly check-in progress over time
• Improve the assessment algorithm using aggregate, anonymized patterns only — never individual data

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not share individual data with third parties.

5. Who Processes Your Data

Your data is processed by the following services:

• Supabase Inc. — database hosting and authentication (SOC 2 Type II compliant, data encrypted at rest)
• Vercel Inc. — application hosting (SOC 2 Type II compliant)

We do not use any analytics services, advertising networks, tracking pixels, or other third-party processors.

6. Cookies and Local Storage

We use only essential cookies required for authentication. We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. See our Cookie Policy for full details.

7. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your data:

• Access and export — download all your data in JSON format from your dashboard Settings tab
• Deletion — permanently delete your account and all associated data from your dashboard Settings tab
• Portability — your exported data is in a standard, machine-readable format (JSON)
• Correction — contact us to correct any inaccurate data
• Withdraw consent — delete your account at any time to withdraw consent for data processing
• Lodge a complaint — you can contact your local data protection authority if you believe your rights have been violated

For California Residents (CCPA)

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, and opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To exercise your rights, use the export and deletion tools in your dashboard or contact us at the email above.

8. Data Retention

• Your data is retained while your account is active
• When you delete your account, all data is permanently deleted immediately (cascade delete across all related tables)
• Anonymous assessment data (from users who did not create an account) is subject to a 90-day retention policy and may be purged after that period
• Share links expire after 30 days

9. Security

• All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS
• Row-level security on all database tables ensures users can only access their own data
• HttpOnly, Secure session cookies prevent JavaScript access to auth tokens
• Content Security Policy headers restrict resource loading
• Passwords are securely hashed by our auth provider (Supabase Auth) and never stored in plaintext
• All API endpoints validate input with strict schemas
• Rate limiting protects against abuse

10. Children

Growth Accelerator is not intended for anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
