1. What Growth Accelerator Is

Growth Accelerator (Samantha Pierce — Growth Accelerator) is a personal growth assessment and tracking tool. It generates a growth profile, identifies patterns, and provides a personalized 120-day roadmap based on your self-reported responses.

Growth Accelerator is not therapy, medical advice, clinical diagnosis, or crisis intervention. This site is for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. 2. Your Account

You need a valid email address to create an account
You are responsible for maintaining access to your email for authentication
One account per person
You must be at least 18 years old to use Growth Accelerator

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

Use Growth Accelerator for personal growth and educational purposes only
Provide honest self-assessments (the tool is only as useful as your honesty)
Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the scoring algorithm
Not use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the service
Not share your account credentials with others
Not use the service for any unlawful purpose

4. Intellectual Property

The Growth Accelerator scoring engine, question bank, archetype system, roadmap templates, and all associated content are proprietary to Samantha Pierce and protected by copyright.

Your personal data belongs to you. You may export it or delete it at any time from your dashboard.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Growth Accelerator is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Results are based on self-reported data processed by a deterministic algorithm
Results do not constitute professional psychological assessment or diagnosis
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any results
Results are not guaranteed. This site is for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice
You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on your growth profile

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Samantha Pierce and Growth Accelerator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.

Growth Accelerator is provided as a free tool. Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service (which is $0).

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Samantha Pierce, her affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of Growth Accelerator or violation of these terms.

8. Termination

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from your dashboard Settings tab
We may terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable
Upon termination, all your data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of Growth Accelerator after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction where the service operator resides.
